If you receive a product with a verified defect or damage, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Replacement

To qualify under our standard replacement policy:

• Your request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• The product must remain in its original, sealed, unopened, and untampered packaging.
• The product must have a genuine defect or damage.
• You must provide your order details and reasonable evidence of the reported issue.

You may report visible damage or a suspected internal defect without opening the sealed packaging. You do not need to open the package merely to prove suspected internal damage. We will review the available evidence fairly and may ask for additional information where reasonably necessary.

Non-Eligible Requests

Our standard replacement policy does not cover change-of-mind requests, personal taste preferences, damage caused by improper handling or customer misuse after delivery, or products whose packaging has been opened or tampered with.
