Delivery details

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Delivery concerns

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, retain the sealed product and packaging and contact us as soon as possible. Requests involving damaged or defective products are handled under our Return & Replacement Policy.
