These Terms & Conditions apply when you access Olive's Coffee's website, create or use a customer account, or place an order. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms together with our policies displayed on the website.

Products and information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information accurately. Natural products and displays can vary, and colours may appear differently across devices. Nothing on the website is medical advice, and product information must not be treated as a promise to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a condition.

Orders, pricing and availability

Prices and available products are those shown on the website at the time you place an order, subject to correction of clear errors. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory. An order is accepted when Shopify checkout confirms it and payment is successfully authorized or completed. We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable or if information is needed to complete your order.

Accounts and checkout

You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, billing, and delivery information and for keeping your account access secure. Customer account and checkout functions are provided through Shopify. You may be asked to sign in before completing checkout.

Payments

Payments are processed through the payment options made available in Shopify checkout, including Razorpay where shown. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy practices. Olive's Coffee does not ask you to send card, UPI PIN, password, or one-time password details through email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Replacements and consumer rights

Our voluntary 7-day replacement-only policy applies to eligible damaged or defective products in sealed, unopened, and untampered packaging. It does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

Acceptable website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights or applicable law.

Third-party services

The website may rely on Shopify, payment providers, delivery services, and other service providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply that we control their content or practices.

Liability and applicable law
